Nothing much to show today really, but lots of things were done today.
GIB boards around the house were checked for raised screws and made flush.
Supporting battens used whilst waiting for glue to dry, were removed.
Window sills and windows frames were vacuumed.
The ply sheets for cladding were brought into the garage, rain is due this week.
Doors, door frames, skirting boards and Hardie groove sheets were picked up.
The hardie groove looks like tongue and groove, much easier to put up in big sheets!
A few trips with buckets of water taken to the top house, the GIB stopper will need it.
2 new water tanks arrive tomorrow, although they'll not be installed yet
Doors
5 of them, (2 behind) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 door for internal access to the garage
Doors frames, skirting boards, Hardie groove sheets
Turbo, the apprentice, useless builder!
Michael will talk to the GIB stopper tomorrow about the coving needed,
mainly to see who can get the better price! Then that can be picked up too.
Things that will slow us down in the coming 2 weeks...
Easter, what a bloody pain that is!
and next week ANZAC day, but I'll not complain about that of course.
Hopefully another update tomorrow
Sue xx
