An almost normal weekend!

And about time, it's been a while

The day started with a rather awesome sunrise, certainly better than all that rain!

And some ghostly low lying fog

The sunrise just kept getting redder

I had a weekend of sewing down the Christian camp,  well, not a whole weekend but certainly a good few hours of sewing and good company

Saturday evening we babysat the grandies while their mum and dad were at the All Blacks v France game.

Joe takes his babysitting duties very seriously

On Sunday I had another morning of crafting at the Christian Camp, then in the afternoon we drove to pick up a trundler bed from a friend selling one in Raglan.

All ready for a sleepover next weekend, when Henry and Georgia come to stay.

And because this weekend was all about chilling out, we had the Sunday roast at the pub in Whatawhata.

Now it's time for another glass of Port and Reacher on Prime.

Cheers 🍻
